pompom pirate is an herbalist, therapist, performance artist, puppeteer, clown, wannabe pirate, and adhd genius. Decocting organ systems, psychological satire, puppet fluids, earth magik, hysteria, microbial spirituality, worms, theatrical voids, folk-punk-cabaret, the horrors, the beauty, hostage situations, crushing garlic, trashing venues, and surprise crowd surfing.

Pompom attended LungA school in Seyðisfjörður in 2019, where they were mentored by European based artists such as Lasse Høgenhof, Jonatan Spejlborg Juelsbo, Lotte Rose Kjær Skau, and Marta Moreno Muñoz.

They have presented their work across NYC, the Midwest, the Southest, the Southwest, Canada, Iceland, Denmark, and Estonia. They performed at numerous festivals such as Diverse Universe, New Works Festival, and NOLA Giant Puppet Fest, as well as theaters and galleries such as Grace Exhibition Space, The Brick Theater, Satellite Art Gallery, and Chashama Gallery. Pompom pirate is the co-creator of Neuroflora Productions and Ow Wow Meow Puppet Troupe with Cornbread Jimmysweet, a collective member of Pataphysical Pickle with James Emerson and Huge Sillytoe, and has collaborated on Guerilla Theatre with Jacob Rabbi Stravinski and MAKS, Cookie Tongue with Omer Gal, and is a member of Human Juices’ “Coneheads” alongside Enormous Face. Pompom has worked closely with artists including renowned fool and street performer Matthew Silver,  Crackhead Barney, theatre maker and producer Theresa Bucheister, international performance artists Al and Taja Padrock of Non Grata, and many more.
